Although there is a debate in the mental health community about the relative terms, the simple difference is that a Psychopath is a disorganised individual with poor impulse control, where as a Sociopath is highly organised. A Sociopath can clothe themselves more easily in a cloak of normal social functionality while not necessarily agreeing with it, a Psychopath tends to be more readily identifiable by the lack of social skills, and/or anti social behaviors.

I know you have (or at least had) access to DSM IV Oleg, so you should know that although both conditions have a lack of empathy or care for others, and no real conscience, that it is the organisation which differentiates the pathology of the two conditions (for those that believe there are two separate conditions).
I know that this is the barest synopsis of the debate, but it does cover the high-points, some of which you have conveniently overlooked.

By the way, the definition of a moron is someone who is single minded, which really describes your nearly year long tanty, that someone on an anonymous internet message board called you a bad name. In the meantime others (including myself) have called you other names or simply reaffirmed that bad name, yet it is only Darth Rings who you have singled out, and repeatedly go back and ask the same question over & over.
