    ok, well, when i download a song, it will start out good, then turn to a sound like a phone connecting or the fuzz from a tv... I know its not the file because when i download it again, it appears in a different place...any ideas?

    I don&#39;t think it has anything to do with the riaa, i think its cause some people have files with the same name and same file size, making it so it screws the file over when it reaches a block that doesn&#39;t match with the first part downloaded.

    its not the RIAA its the users spreadign the origanl bad encode even if you psot a hash on this board its stil fucked up
