    If the other mobile device stores have this right, I don't really see the big deal. If malware did end up on my device in the form of an app that I downloaded, I'd be glad if Microsoft went ahead and deleted it.

    For all app stores, the common troubling provisions include legal reasons and hardware compatibility. Then again, inconsequential if there are independent repositories.
