Hello,
I purchased an album from Starzik and paid through my debit card now Starzik hasn't received the payment but the gateway that I used for transaction has confirmed that the payment has been processed to starzik. I wrote to the Starzik support with payment confirmation Email from their gateway but it's been three days and there hasn't been any response. Although I've done quite a few purchases with 'em but never ran into such problems. It's very annoying indeed to have not received the service I paid for, is there any other way any one knows?
