SCC - forgot password function ??

This sucks i cleared my cookies and then tried to login to scc and realized the pass I was entering was not working(obviously forgot the right one). I try to use the forgot pass function and I get:

Success

A confirmation email has been mailed to *************. Please allow a few minutes for the mail to arrive

But nothing ever arrives !

if youre using hotmail then you will have to join irc and enter #support

I'm assuming you've checked your spam folder as well?

Hotmail, apparently, tends to miss some e-mail from trackers for whatever reason. Hence most sites advice against using it.
