Anyway here is what Neo did: He was a bad boy who made nasty comments in a thread of a serious nature, then compounded that by being a really bad boy and doing big no no's in chat.

BUT he explained himself. Apparently he has been diagnosed with ARS.

Abduction Rage Syndrome, a condition inherent in people who have been abducted by aliens whereby the latent memories of their abduction and subsequent examinations will manifest in odd ways such as, oh I dunno, spamming the hell out of chat and insulting the people there, then getting banned and trying to get back in with 3 differerent IP's.

I am so sorry Neo that we were not aware of your condition and will try to be much more sensitive next time bro.
