Help me with this one here are some questions:
1.I don't have a program that play this in my pc Which one I need to use???
2.With which program I can convert it to Mpeg or VCD???
3.After converting this one can I burn it like VCD and play it on my DVD???

you can use mediaplayer or real player for this unless its a divx file then i would recommend using divx player you can get the latest from divx.com.
if its an xvid file you will also need xvid codex but becarefull you could end up with the picture upside down.

Ok more problems TMPGenc says it is not a supported file I think it is because the movie is only 12.50 of frame rate. But it happens to every movie I've downloaded that are a Rip From theater I cant copnvert them to VCD or MPG cause is not supported by the program. Know whats Happening???

Nimo.5.0.Build.8.Codec.Pack.ShareReactor.exe
1.nimo.5.0 to view on windows
2. nero burning rom to burn to cd (vcd "played in dvd player" are big files best to burn as data cd but if you want vcds grab a bunch of cds an nero)nero will tell you how to
