well, i do take that back, i saw yodas and the matrix one earlier today, that i remember, but now I see nothing. no animated icons whatsoever

And i havent done any regedits since I had seen those ones while browsing earlier. or any modifications in fact since that.

though alot of my band with is being taking by irc and klite, that have anything to do with it?

omg... they are working now... i am so confused...???? lol

Phew...I read it all B) my eyes are hurting but it was worth it

Well this seems quite interesting to do so I went and downloaded Animation Shop 3 and fannied about with some small clips turning then into small gifs....Quick question though...

When I save them as a gif it plays really slowly, slower than the clip and I don’t understand why ?

When I make the gif these are the settings I use:
Dimensions: 65 x 65
Default canvas: Transparent
Cenered in the frame
Scale frames to fit
Each frame displayed in 1/100th of a sec: 1
and then I select the images to be used.

When I preview it in AS3 is runs fine, but once I’ve saved it as a gif it runs really slowly. I don't know why.
If any1 can help me on this it would be great

Real nice of you dwightfry to make avatar’s for people I don’t know if your still making them but if you are is there any chance you could make me one from the original matrix. Any cool fighting parts would be great, or even something like where trinity jumps buildings?

Sorry man, I'm done for a while. The shit has been hitting the fan, and I need to clean it up, so I don't have time.

As for your avatar, I don't know why it would be going to slow, but if you delete everyother frame it will go twice as fast with minimal quality reduction. (Unless you already did use every other frame of the video file, in that case it will probably look bad)
