Do you have any wizard's?

I know a easier way to do a animated picture now.
First have your frames from example movies and get them from programs which can takes frames like Virtual Dub which Dwightfry mentioned before.

Then download a program called Animation Shop which have a wizard include which is very very easy to use.

I did a avatar myself which Im gonna use for now but I will make another soon,the avatat is from the movie "Blade 2".
