Just Eat more fruit and veg or only fruit and veg.
I've been just eating raw fruit and veg and juice also fasting.
Watch some videos on fasting on YouTube it really cures everything, I don't get headaches, aches pains tiredness, I don't feel tired, sick, depressed, I don't crave junk 24/7 and I feel generally more happy, and I've lost a good few stone and I've only been reading about fasting for 2 weeks.
