If you're really really worried, just get an account with an NL usenet provider. I like tweaknews.eu. Their cheapest block account is 1.47. I use one of the resellers, cheapnews.eu, which happened to be a bit more money.
Almost every host will have x-trace, even if they don't care about copyrighted stuff, they still have to have a way to deal with general abuse.

It's not enforced the same way or are aggressively. A lot of p2p trackers are based in NL for that reason.

Recently hollywood watchdog BREIN(NL) due to a criminal collusion with a bent judge won the case against news-service forsing them practically to close their business

Yeah, but that service put a big target on their back by advertising their service specifically as a way to get warez, music, ect.
A swedish usenet provider would be the most ideal, but I don't think they exist.
For posting safety maybe mailing your payment in with fake details would be the ultimate. Can't really trace that all to easily.

Buy a cheap block account with VCC and use VPN to upload - problem solved.
