    not sure if this should be here? My internet works fine but I can't sign in to my hotmail account through MSN Explorer, or MSN Messenger. I can't sign in through Internet Explorer either. I tried other people's accounts and that doesn't work either. What's wrong?

    it could have something to do either with cookies or msn may be down, at the moment hotmail is upgrading its systems which could be f*in it up
