Zone Alarm Wont Let Soulseek Download

i have given soulseek full privileges in Zone Alarm (version 4 Pro thnx 2 Kunal and mEtho), but it still wont let me download........

i can upload 2 other users and chat and everything, i just cant download........ what settings can i change 2 achive this?

Easy fix...just get Sygate

yeah, i'd say get sygate, i had ZA and it locked up my browser when i went to k++, and yes, even with priveleges allowed, nothing fixed it but an uninstall
got sygate now and not 1 prob

yup............. they initialize, and then just fail......... plus i cant propperly "get user info"

then obviously you are not being blocked by your firewall

Make sure that you have the most up-to-date version of soulseek.

If the person you are trying to download from is behind a router, and they don't have the proper ports fowarded, you probably won't be able to see their files or download from them. Soulseek has its quirks and requires some patience. If you poke around their forum, in the Tech Issues section, there are many posts on this subject. If you can wade through the bs, you will be able to see what I am talking about.

and i have the latest version of soulseek, and the latest version of Zone Alarm......
