Discussing another member with someone else, with regards to how you will or might use your newly acquired mod powers against him, must be in contravention of the board rules, Rule 9 seems to apply, because it's definitely inflammatory and offensive towards me, and then there's Rule 14 which states that mods decisions and powers are not up for public discussion.

This looks like a public discussion to me.
