Invisible member? Is that different to being a guest and not logging in? I sometimes would do the latter to look at the slow unravelling of the Spastyman's mind while I was trying to starve him of the oxygen of my observance. Obviously I wanted to be aware of any impending threat to my person before it happened, but also it was a bit like looking at someone's festering groinal boil on Embarrassing Bodies. Even though you know they're horribly fat and moist, and even while the camera pans to their mid-region, you still look, don't you?

That's ridiculously unimaginative. The great thing about the medium of comics is that it requires no budget, and the writer is only limited by the capabilities of the artist. That could be anybody in a FF suit. In my imagination, Reed was acheiving acts of unlikely contortion and girth around something we can't see.
