mcafee is the worst virus i ever had it deleted NTLDR cos i closed it because red faction wanted to install a virus and i let it.

I had 'Junky boot' virus way back with Windows 95. I couldn't get back into Windows at all. I had to format the hard drive, lost all my stuff.

The interesting thing was that even after formatting I couldn't reinstall Windows.

The virus had survived the format. It would stay in RAM until the format was done and then transfer back to the HD. It had also transfered itself to my boot floppies. So I had to get new ones and be sure to write protect them.

i had a virus it was messed no matter what program i clicked winzip would start up and ask for registry so i ended up reformating i reinstalled all my stuff then poof it just died on me and all that i saw on my moniter was weird colours lol

currently i think i have a virus my comp wont start up any cds just freezes+ i cant surf the net rally onthe throu kazaa i cant click thinks it sucks but my boy is gonna fix it for me soon so its all good

I had a virus [size=12] and this is really true, called: OpaServ
and this fuckin' virus - just sharing my thoughts openly, sorry if this hurts, I try
to be opened not to hurt much, but I try to be opened - saved some
information on my pc so that everytime I go online, it update itself :(
that was not really funny, so some minutes after being online I got
Attention:Virus messages from Norton Antivirus, means: NAV removed it always but the virus' information for updating itself from a site which should be after
norton long ago down lead to always upadting virus!!! :(

Now I have new install and it is not there... I do not know from where the virus
was coming... I also made the experience some files called "Imesh" on Kazaa
were just 300kb or so and there viruses after norton...
