As much as I directly despise Sony for their treatment of PS3 owners, I don't feel M$ deserves any love, either. The RRoD and the company's willingness to ship out known defective products, then essentially replace those customers' new products with refurbished units was a big FU to consumers, as well.

Both these giants need to get kicked so hard in their arrogant ballz that they will NEVER even think about abusing their market positions again.
