Movies That Freeze But Audio Plays

HELP....all movies I download freeze in the first frame (all wavy) and the audio runs....even if I move forward the picture remains frozen.....what's the deal?

Try reinstalling your player?

Also installing this codec pack might help....it does have a antifreeze thing in it...don't know if it will solve your problem though...worth a try
