I think the porn tube sites are doing this very thing to escape vulnerability. If you notice, there are numerous hosting sites, and numerous linking sites, making not any one of them in particular a valuable target. If I recall, Perfect 10 is a porn producer so that might have made a major impact in the current organization.

see, the flaw with your statement is that you are assuming that the MPAA operates based on what "makes sense".

The case has been plagued by confusion over the difference between hosting a video and embedding a video hosted by someone else.

thats another problem. judges and lawyers that dont even understand half of the argument. so judges just make a decision based on some skewed, invalid analogy.
