GPU problem

my gpu shows this info
NVIDIA Geforce 9400 GT(microsoft corporation -WDDMv1.1)
approx total memory = 2416MB

and dedicated,system,and shared memory in which system memory is i think zero(should be).

photoshop cs6 extended shows error in display driver in preferences.
i am installing this driver.

what is openGL and openCL.

what should i do to run my GPU.
