    you need a router and a nic in each computer then connect them with rj45 cables

    acualy no u dont need a router a hub will do fine a nd wont cost near as much

    hubs (and switches) connect comp on the same network. routers (and bridges) conect 2 networks together
    all thu most home type routers have a hub built in on the home network side
