I feel your pain same thing happened to me....i was a member for 2 years at BCG and 7 at TL. Lost due to account pruning, I understand where they are coming from though.

I got disabled because the administration thought that I didn't use the site enough anymore to be a viable member. Seeing as BCG isn't a university and so tenure doesn't apply, sort of hard to argue with their logic.

Please explain why it is hard to argue with their logic. Maybe I'm the only one who thinks this is the most ridiculous reason to ban people -- just for taking a break -- especially people with a long history of proving their value to the community. A lot of things can happen to keep people away, like getting drafted into the army, or whatever. So this is the kind of gratitude they should expect to get from the site owner for all those years of dedication and hard work?

Maybe I should feel glad that I never bothered to join a private torrent site, with all the silly rules, politics, and drama they're famous for. Or is there something I might be missing here?

I've come to the conclusion that sardonic humour isn't big among serious bitorrenters.
Anyway it's 19800 and something but I'm debating on quitting at an even 20k so as not to further offend all the good ,sensible and most of all refreshingly high- horsed forum members here.
Actually I'm thinking of giving up the internet entirely but that's another story,one that would probably interest you even less than your opinion on how I should conduct my life interests me.

For months none of your posts have anything to do with BT when they are posted in the BT section, its lounge crap infesting the BT section, its boring, if i wanted to read shit lounge stuff, i would go to the the lounge, I dont, so I dont go there.

Perhaps 'rare' isn't excessive enough? Considering that Idol has dispersed more tracker conversation in this thread than I recall having seen him do in the internet's history, your expectations are going to be poorly met.
