Whole album (Torches) is filled with catchy tunes.
Check artists like: fun.; Feist; Two Door Cinema Club; The Naked And Famous; Friendly Fires; Vampire Weekend; Bombay Bicycle Club; The Vaccines; The Kills; The Horros; Ewert and The Two Dragons; Grouplove; Young The Giant; Mumford & Sons, MGMT.
Should be enough for starters. You can search these bands on last.fm to look for most played songs (those are often the catchy ones) and similar artists. That's how I got into indie pop/rock scene. Pitchfork is also good source for information about new album releases.
