You know when u convert with the wizard in TMPGEnc u get the option of full screen, full screen (keep aspect ration), full screen (keep aspect ratio 2) etc., if I have a clip with margins down the sides, and I want them either top and bottom or none at all, which option do I select? Not sure if I explained it clearly

Dont know if this any help, but i use

Tmpgenc Setting - Advanced - Video arrange method - Cetre (custom size)
350 210

It trims some off the sides and halves the black bars.

Preview it to see if it ok.
