I wouldn't overpay for something like a VPN - just buy a cheap VPS that has a 100Mbit line, install OpenVPN on it, and you'd be good to go. If you don't want to spend time doing that, you can waste more money by using a service like https://www.ipredator.se/ or http://strongvpn.com/.
im open to it in the end whatever is best i will do

so if i did what you suggest its just running my own vpn..now i have a question about this my friend is going to do whatever i do now if we go the vps route can i run a vpn for 2 people 2 different locations under one vps?

and if i do the vps..have any recommendations?
A simple question, you say you have had seedboxes before, have you configured linux distros remotely? If so which ones? This isn't a huge mission, but a bit of background would help. As for the VPS itself the machine does not need to be that powerful it needs a relatively small hard drive basic RAM and not even a stellar CPU for the task it will be set in fact it only needs a 100m connection based on your connection speeds. All you want to do with this machine is create a VPN tunnel so that the originating IP address for BT transactions is not your home IP address provided by your ISP. More than one person can access the VPN so your 'friend' can also access this once configured from a different location.
The learning curve isn't steep, but there is a learning curve, it's like anything else really.....

You have been given two recommendations for preconfigured VPN services, StrongVPN and iPredator. You pay for the service but both would suit your needs. I actually recommend StrongVPN alot for people in my country who purchase Kindle Fire devices since so many of their functions require a U.S. I.P. address to function correctly.
Otherwise you can begin by doing some research on OpenVPN then coming back and asking questions, you still haven't answered whether you have any experience at all with Linux, and in particular Telnet.

no experience with anything but windows

the vps does sound more and more appealing but honestly have no idea where to start and what to be looking for for my needs which is just to run a vpn off of it for 2 people

You can read I take it? Do a search on OpenVPN as I suggested earlier, do some research on your own, come back with some questions. I am NOT going to hold your hand, if you have someone you know who has even some Linux experience that can give you some help then this could also help. If this is too much effort, the services suggested would be the way to go.

If you decide to get a VPS then depending on the amount of bandwidth you need per month, there are a lot of cheap deals on LEB.

Are you purposely trying to be a spastic? Have you actually bothered to read the thread at all?
