If mean for PS2 yes it is out it has been out since the 13th but that's the PAL. A new one came out today that's the NTSC version.

Just look on http://www.nforce.nl/ or http://www.theisonews.com/ . games show up there first. then usually within a week they show on http://www.sharereactor.com with a verified hash.
