Tough question! But if I had to pick, my all-time favorite game would be The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. The storytelling, the atmosphere, and the depth of the world just blew me away. Still haven't found anything that quite matches that feeling of being Geralt in a living, breathing world.
Honorable mentions go to GTA San Andreas (pure nostalgia) and Mass Effect 2 for the characters and choices.
