dial-up is the minimum system requirement.

I decided to download it & give it a try, as I know a couple people who use it prior to this thread opening...we shall see.......

ok i remember now, THAT'S EXACTLY what i saw and why i deleted it. i thought i heard something bad, but actually i remember seeing that , and then deleting it off my harddrive.

You'll only pay for non-PC to PC services. Why shouldn't you pay for some things? PC to mobiles, PC to landline etc. it'll still be dirt cheap. Someone has to pay to finance these ventures.

I've decided, at the very least, that I would like to begin by talking to friendlies before entering that arena.
