i can understand about needing change... i just move from department to department...

what do you do now?.. did you leave the industry all together?.. i know here the turnover of staff is awful...

I had a computermusicstore for three years.

Had to close it cos of the economics going down.

Now i make music, do studiomaintenance, esp. computers, freelance.

I also do the housekeeping, so mrs. yogi can have her own career.

And we have a bunch of lovely animals(horse......), that need caring.

And there's some crazy

kids running around the house, that need some

attention........

that really was a change in direction Yogi... though ive seen it happen so many times here too...

i think the attrition is because its such an emotionally draining job... i know i used to come home from a shift still worrying about the kids at work... and when we had to advocate for particular kids you really felt like they were your responsibility... ack...

and a daddy too now huh?... how many kidlets do you have?...

okay.. tell me to stop asking so many questions... im sorry... old habits die hard...
