Pdf Converters

I am trying to scan this document into ms word but everytime it shows up different.I need something that will scan it so it looks the same.I want to use ms word to fill it out and then print it.(It's a job application which looks like this http://www.dream-kitchens.com/application.pdf I want to know how i can use a program to be able to fill it out on my computer then print it out.I assume i need a pdf converter.Anyone know of a good one or how i can do this. do i need the full version of acrobat i just have the reader 5.0. I want to be able to fill it out on my computer and save it so i can use again since alot of employers around here use that form,it's easier to fill it out once and have a copy i can just print out when i need it.THxs

You need an OCR program to scan documents and be able to edit them in Word.
OmniPage Pro and FineReader are the best ones.

Theres also a couple of great versions of omnipage pro on kazaa
