My software d/l's stay just around 1kb/s, but all my other d/l's are really fast. So I don't think it would be my ISP blocking it. And with so many people with the files someone is bound to have a good connection... any ideas?

Mate,best/safest way is to download from the official if possible..then look through the pinned topics in software world for a crack. 
Its also alot faster.
