How Can I Change The Local Path On A .dat File?

I built a new computer and transfer all my file from the old computer to the new one. on my old computer one of my harddrives was drive D and that where I stored all my k-lite downloads, but on my new computer my DVD drive is my drive D. all my k-lite downloads and partial downloads(.dat) files are store on drive E on my new computer. How can I change the local path on the old .dat file?

or how can I change my finnished .dat file to the file its supposed to be?
