holy shit. the same thing happened to me on May 15th... I played through until the 17th and then when I tried to get up from my desk I fell to the ground! I crawled to the kitchen to get a class of water and then continued laying there an hour while sipping water. I didn't think I was at death levels though. Woah.

Indeed there is. I spend quite a lot of time in said world as well and surprisingly little in the house. To my point, I just haven't seen an internet cafe in around 10 years.
