Its time for another site to rise up and prove that you can cut down a site like DemonoiD, and all that will be accomplished is that another site will rise up even better than before to take its place.

Yeah seems like this might be the nail in the coffin. My concern is what's going to happen to the user information that the authorities got.
Even in the ZDNet article they say that demonoid had backups and could be back up very quickly ... lets dont give up hope yet!
Damn gonna miss Demonoid.
