24 hours really isn't enough time to get a feel for what you will get with Astraweb - their bandwidth is bumpy sometimes. If you want more time to play around, I would recommend trying Newshosting, they have a 14 day 30 GB trial. Astraweb is a pretty good filler account although even they are getting hit these days, still, I use Newshosting unlimited + Astraweb filler account and have had no problems getting what I want. You come out ahead with more with this combo because Newshosting's unlimited plan is only $10/ month verses Astraweb's $11/month for full speed unlimited - I am still using the block account I got from Astraweb almost a year ago, Astraweb is cool because their cheap on block accounts :-)

I use Supernews ($99) + Frugal Usenet ($3.99 per month) + Astraweb Block (as filler)... no problems at all...
Frugal Usenet $3.99, many may thinks is "over the top" and a bit "overkill" to have 2 unlimited accouts... but $3.99, who cares, just eat 1 Big Mac less per month...

Wrong. Astraweb is $8 a month with the yearly offer. For the OP, you have to fiddle with search strings if something isn't coming up.

Touche - Sorry, forgot about their yearly price as I only use them as my backup filler server. They don't have the nuts and bolts that I need to give me the speed I want, really an issue when you have a fat pipe.
