Yeah I think I had a little over 70 posts and some stars and those are all gone now but I'm glad the site is back even though my status has reverted to a plain belly sneetch

Glad its back. Too bad have to start over with post count and join date. Could have been worse.
I also lost my account, had to register again and lost access to invites/trades section for post count and membership duration
Atleast, the site is back....hope FST will recover soon
That week 'down' really seemed to have cleared out a LOT of folks, at least in the Usenet section. maybe it will slowly recover in the next few weeks, don't know.
As if on cue, I had two machines in the last couple weeks 'go south' on me, the first was due to the cpu heat sink compound 'drying out' (machine is 9 yrs old) and the generated heat tripping the 'shut down' mechanism (had to pull the dual core cpu, clean up the old compound, and re-dab the thing), guess I'll see if it dry's up in another 9 years.
Then one of my larger 4-core machines started acting up, it may be RAM going on it, only a few days of testing will flush it out.
It's spring time, time for things to go wacky.
