Haha&#33; As if the X-Box version beats the improved DX9 engine in Vice City (PC). You just need a monster PC to play it .
Plus, look at all them beaaaaautty cars you can get for PC versions.

wtf are you talking about. Ive played vice city on a 900Mhz with 32mb tnt2 card and runs very smooth

dont get gta3 and vice city mixed up. vice city runs good quality on mine.
on gta3 i turn all settings down and use old school view
