No, it's not good for archived content. Their file retention is horrible, also.

Latvia has pretty awesome fibre to the home availability, hence the speeds on that site are ridiculously good. Guess that's a plus. Plus, there is a ton of free leech content, which makes it double plus. Triple plus, it's not trying to be leet by going North Korea and shutting all doors, hence keeping most of the vermin out which would otherwise NEED this tracker to survive.

Latvia is actually a real country? Geez an all thing time I've been thinking it was simply the punchline to a joke.

Seems whatever it is though it's run by cunts.
In spite of this, 73% of all Latvian residents confirmed their strong support for independence on March 3, 1991, in a nonbinding advisory referendum. A large number of ethnic Russians also voted for the proposition. The Popular Front of Latvia advocated that all permanent residents be eligible for Latvian citizenship. However, universal citizenship for all permanent residents was not adopted. A majority of ethnic non-Latvians did not receive Latvian citizenship, even though they had voted in support of independence. Many of them were born in Latvia, but still became non-citizens. By 2011, more than half of non-citizens had taken naturalization exams and received Latvian citizenship. Still, today there are 290,660 non-citizens in Latvia, which represent 14.1% of population. They have no citizenship of any country, and cannot vote in Latvia.
    Respect my lack of authority.

Who can blame them? Having just escaped the Soviet behemoth next door, they probably feared the emerge of a fifth column. A bit like the reversed USA - Mexico relations these days.

Biggest reason asking for this since you can get content from users without having seedboxes more info here

    This is so true.

I'm from Latvia and I'm living in dorms with bunch of indian people. I must say, they are the most slovenly people I've ever met, yet so talkative and friendly, you just can't get rid of them, uhh.
