Since you wouldn't have much time to fashion weapons before he got on your nerves, you'd have the options of bashing his skull with/on rock(s), drowning, pushing him off the highest point on the island (ymmv), or choking him with your bare hands. There is also the distinct chance of him dying through his own poor choices, so best to hurry versus risking the loss of that joy.
