coffee is the usual, but tea works better if a bit unwell (various flavours - but I like the fruit/berry based ones when poorly)

I`ve only seen the adverts so X-hose (collapsible) seems rather cool.... No I don`t buy stuff off advert channel but you can`t avoid at certain times of early morning....
