True! I'm hoping that mine was a one off though since there was an issue a few months ago with new users continually receiving updates from that thread even though they were subscribed. I'm hoping that when the database was restored, whatever change was made to fix that problem was reapplied.

The emails on the site were backlogged likely slowing the site. This might have created some db errors also. Had to change some setting and it looks fine for now. The n00b thread might need to changed again to sort that if it starts again. Think it should be fine though. If not then post and will look into it...

Many thanks RealitY. I notice that I received notification for this thread after I unsubscribed, but as there was a backlog that is understandable. I'll post if the n00b thread notifies me again.
