Newsbin error problem - error 10061

Help please folks!,

For some strange reason everytime I start newsbinpro and the nzb I keep getting this error:-[04:50:43] ERROR InterSocket - Error: Connection Failed, Host:news.astraweb.comError Code: 10061No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.

This has been happening now for the last week as far as I can think I'm not doing anything different than I was when it was working ok, or am just being a bit duuuuuh and missing something stupid here.

Any help would be much appreciated!!!!!

I don't use Newsbin so I'm probably not of much help, but I did find this on their forums - http://forums.newsbin.com/viewtopic.php?f=43&t=29307

Also, what OS are you using?
