So he's completely done with the forum? I asked him about the green stars as soon as I noticed them, and he said he would still do "behind the scenes" administrator work.

No, that's still the same. But let's face it, he's bored with the forum like everyone else, so he's drifting from it. It's just a matter of time before he no longer sees an interest in any part of the forum and just doesn't do it anymore. Maybe I'm wrong. Only time will tell. They're big shoes to fill.
