I would like to tell you a few tricks on how to get free home, secret chests, goodies and get lydia back in skyrim.
It simple and step by step procedure. I have added animations so that you don't have to watch complete video.

Moreover, I have designed breezehome a little and the place around just by using console commands. I have ghosts, horses, blacksmith forge and many stuff all around and in the house.
