    I agree. We now have 100's of new bitcoin like currency being launched trying to capture some of the success of bitcoin. It is still far too difficult to buy however - if it was easier I think it would have even more of a take up.

    I've been watching the fluctuating proces of bitcoin, but haven't had the guts to invest. Having to physically goto a bank to deposit is the hardest part - especially on a weekend.

    For me theres too little transparency as to the origins and controls that guard the inflation and/or production. The math makes sense if it continues as promised, but is there any guaranty?
