How do I download NZB?

I have downloaded a NZB file from bd25.org, and how do I download the NZB in a client and what client should I use? And do I need to pay for Usenet to download these NZBs? Or are downloading NZBs a free thing?

And... which part (if any) of the Noobs guide (both here and on too many sites to mention) did you skip reading?

There are at least a half dozen major usenet reader/clients out there, both commercial and free, and at least double that of the completely free variety, not to mention those that are given away by most of the major server plants.
