Seems like this would just make less quality posts on the forums and make it harder to wade through all the crap.

Gotta be a better way to encourage forum usage.

Wow, I've been registered here for more then a year now. I've already made 2 posts and even linked facebook and still noob. So I guess they made you wait 15 days after posting as well? Red tape, ugh.

I've been a member for over 8 months and never had a problem with NZBs.

I must admit that I don't usually post. I don't really know what I should write

I remember seen a yellow banner with "Welcome noob..." a couple of days ago. I closed it as I thought it could be a glitch as I've been a member for about 8 months.

Maybe there was some info there about the post requirements?
