Anybody else have comments on Easynews? I think the Usenet Search feature is pretty cool. Sometimes I can find things with their search feature, that I can't find at other indexing sites.

I have been using my ISP's server and tweaknews for awhile both servers seem to serve me well.

i have been using usenetserver for 10+ years i think, its the best!

I've been using GigaNews for 5+ years. No issues. Take downs seem to take at least 24+ hours before they take effect. So you have a chance to grab some deleted stuff.

I was told once also there are basically only 2 major USENET providers ASTRAWEB and Giganews. All others are re-sellers of these services.

Does anyone know anything about that or how many actual independent USENET hosts there are?

usenetbucket seems pretty good so far.
