    I use sabnzb and sickbeard. I haven't had great success with couch potatoe.

    sabnzbd on a windows server, grabbing from usenetserver also have a htpc running windows (mpc-hc) for watching everything connected up in the living room

    I use SABnzbd as a client and Tweaknews as a provider (recommended!). Got a LG NAS (its crap - so wish I'd spent a bit more and got a decent one !) which provides files,data to all my devices

    Remote viewing is done over wifi with roku in 1 room, and laptop's at each tv, I usually just run VLC and browse to the file share
