Password Recovery

Is anyone else having issues with the password recovery through email? I have come across a couple of members who have stated that once they submit the request... no email is received?

Any input would be appreciated!

Weve had to generate these rarely for the members on the site. Not sure if its not sending or dropped in spam folder perhaps...
